I was not aware that the humidifier filter needed to be changed once a year. My filter was on its 3rd winter, but it was not working very well. I measured the old filter and went to Skuttle's website and found what I thought was the correct replacement filter. The item was shipped quickly and I had in in place in no time. The new part made a huge difference. Now I can once again controll the humidy in the house. This is one of the few times that things work out better than expected. I will remember to order on new filter each fall. Thanks Skuttle.
