This purchase was my second time from your company. The first one was about a year + ago. The both deliveries were excellent and timely. Now my central humifiers are going strong. The stepper motor seems to have life span of 10 years, can't you make it much more reliable? I believe its plastic coupling is wearing off on my both cases. All the best, Ken

The item arrived at after a reasonable time. Was well packaged, and was a very easy install. As I just put it in, I can't speak to the durability, but it kicked right in and moved the humidifier media with no difficulty. The old motor was still working, but the plastic fitting for the media rod cracked after 12 years. If this lasts the same amount of time I'll be happy.
