The drum assembly was easy to put together. It was the replacment I needed. The instructions needed much thought for an old man. I don't know why it was shipped with a small box inside a much bigger box.

The part was sent quickly, it was easy to assemble, and it fit into my furnace's humidifier easily.

Easy to assemle. Do you recommend replaceing the entire unit or just the revolving pad? I find the unit crusted after a winter season.
