The parts were all brand new and fit perfectly, except that the connection to the float unit demanded a copper pipe or tubing hookup. I have the plastic tube feeding the unit, and replaced as much as I could with new parts, keeping the old//convenient plastic hookup. Other than the kit should include the plastic tubing feed parts, I was satisfied with the purchase, and will use Mfr. parts again in the future as need requires.

My husband and I recently purchased a home that is about 10 years old. We were thrilled to find that it had a great sized humidifier attached to the furnace. That is until we opened it.....it was in a terrible state and had probably never been cleaned. I proceeded to go on line, found this website and received my replacement parts very quickly. They fit perfectly and I am happy to have been able to get the replacement kit. Don't clean it....replace it.
